American based in Moscow with 20 years+ experience investing in emerging markets as a private equity guy. Now managing my family's U.S. portfolio, which has been a big shift in my mind set. The United States will retain it's pre-eminent position, but most global growth will come from emerging markets. When they align their political power with their economic power, the US$ status of a reserve currency will fall, and the global economic world will shift. But when?
