I believe back seat TV is currently only 3 channels of "Cartoon or Kiddie Entertainment". I also am not an engineer but I do believe video eats up much more bandwidth, spectrum, than digital audio. Does anyone know if there are restrictions on how far they can expand their video technically or if they can expand video under their pre or post merger license for SATRAD? At what point does video compete with Satellite TV or prices the subscription beyond profitability.
