I certainly can wait until after Labor Day for a detailed and attainable plan moving forward. By then they will have had a whole 4.5 weeks with XM’s books. A little patience here is called for. The company needs to take care of its employees who will be displaced through consolidation and build its management plan utilizing "Best Practices" of the two companies now becoming one.
