    Good Day,



    I have just placed my proxy vote as a Hersey shareholder. I want someone to know that I am HORRIFIED that Hersey does not recommend the implementation of the 2001 Cocoa Protocol or the establishment of a human rights committee of the Board. Just HORRIFIED!!! I am cashing my shares which I realize won't hurt this company in the least and never buying a Hersey product again. It's embarrassing to think that Americans would be so cold and caluclating. I guess I want someone to tell me that it isn't what I think it is. But - alas - probably it is.
