The $10M goes to a creditor that loaned them money payable when cbmx collects. It was an advance more or less. That's all fully disclosed, you can find that in their most recent 10Q statement and cbmx put out a pr when the deal occurred.

Mike, at least get your cut and paste facts straight. The litigation is $36M not $50M. Plus you need to factor in that upon payment CBMX will owe out attorneys fees and $10M to a creditor that loaned them money backed by the litigation. That reduces your windfall estimate to less than half what you mistakenly thought.

The lab revenues indeed went up 53% but we're talking just $395,000 in sales, big deal.
