The trouble is onxx will take that money they just raised and acquire something and chances are it won't be accretive to earnings. Like it or not onxx is valued on current eps. Its obvious they raised money to spend it. Onxx stock won't do much for the time being while people wait to see what they do and will expect them to do something foolish.
