Can TRW Automotive Escape the Michigan Mess?

My father has also worked for TRW for over 20 years at the Fenton, MI Plant. He, however, is in management. The idea that the Plant's managers simply push "quantity over quality" is a false allegation. It is any managers' duty to push for production goals for their employees, quality, however is always maintained if not improved throughout this process. TRW is expected to be one of the last automotive manufactures to fall, as one of the largest and most diversified tier 1 auto suppliers in the nation it is highly unlikely that will fail by 2010. Its stock is a representation of the overall market, not the companies individual performance. In response to the above response, employees tend to be fine until they must make any sacrifices. TRW must make sacrifices like any other company, and its very easy to shift blame to management overall. As for being minorities, my father is a white man - clearly not a minority.
