Kodak is in BK and awaiting court approval to cancel it's common stock. IMO they have reason to hide value here, and thus lack of 8-K is of ZERO surprise.

This may be the least informative article I have ever read on SA. How could you neglect to address the alleged $MSFT proposal of 1 BIL for NOOK/Barnes and Noble digital. $BKS

Agreed. I really like Vuzix $VUZI in this space. Small float with market cap under 20 MIL. Last I knew Vuzix also had an ongoing JV w/Nokia $NOK. Could be a great buyout candidate IMO.
Eastman Kodak (EKDKQ.PK) will stop selling consumer inkjet printers in 2013 as part of its efforts to focus on commercial solutions. Kodak's move comes shortly after Lexmark announced plans to abandon the inkjet market, which has been hit hard by the adoption of online/mobile photo viewing. H-P (HPQ), whose printing division is posting revenue declines, stands to benefit from Kodak and Lexmark's moves. Separately, Kodak is asking a bankruptcy court to give it until Feb. 28 to file a restructuring plan. [View news story]
I concur with Seeker959. IMHO Kodak needed approx 1.0-1.5 BIL from the IP sale for current shareholders to thrive post BK. Kodak received about 1/2 that amount, or roughly 500 MIL, from the DI/KISS IP sale. Moreover, Kodak basically gave away the DI/PI divisions to satisfy the KPP (UK Pension) liabilities. The balance sheet was too just too deep in the RED IMHO. That said, it appears Kodak may trade on the NYSE once again; albeit via new equity. The recent deal with Unipixel may be a sign of good things to come for the new Kodak.
Titan International (TWI -17.8%) gets hammered after its Q4 missed the mark late yesterday. Net earnings swung to a loss as the tire makers results were hurt by a number of factors, including a larger tax provision, a slowdown in construction in Europe which negatively impacted its newly acquired Titan Europe business, as well as extra costs for starting up a wheel facility after an earthquake in Italy. $TWI ER was actually more positive than negative. Gross profit and sales were up significantly YOY. Cash and investments also up.

$ELLI has too much upside. IMO the only ones selling are the shorts. Has created a double bottom around 18.50... bounced nicely from that level last FRI. $ELLI makes a nice investment from both a technical and fundamental perspective, and IMO this short term correction will prove beneficial to investors in the long term.
Sorry, but this article is full of conjecture, and little more. Technically, ALU is trading right on the lower bollinger band and 70 MA. Some might argue this is "technically" a time to buy. And, many would also argue your point that Nokia ($NOK) shareholders stand to benefit more from potential merger with $ALU.
Good question. My guess is that ongoing Kevetrin clinical trials will be documented in future peer reviewed journal publications. There is also the psoriasis compound to consider.

"NOK is not a buy and hope stock."
In light of recent news and corporate restructuring, I see no reason why investors should not expect NOK to trade in excess of 10.00 once again. If I recall, NOK was a 30.00+ stock in the mod 2000's. NOK appears to be successfully re-inventing itself under excellent management. All IMO.
