Microsoft/Yahoo Deal: It's Time to Get Serious, Steve

Why does not Steve pay decent dividend to its shareholders instead? It will also help with the banking crisis. In any case, they will make a royal mess if they acquire Yahoo w/o adding any value...adding to the general wealth destruction.
