I learned my ERP at QAD, where I was a senior manager on the development team, then spent 5 years at Benchmarking Partners, a boutique analyst firm, where I wrote or edited long assessments of most of the major applications.

Since 2000, I have been president of B2B Analysts, Inc., a boutique industry analyst firm serving financial analysts, consulting companies, and application customers. We provide objective and independent analysis of software companies and their offerings, a commodity that is in very short supply.
