    Yeah, ELKs are often just a version of short puts... However I have seen some rather nice products from SB's equity structured products... particularly in their principle protected products. I have a principle protected BRIC note that I like alot. CTEQ. Also, you do get put the stock in ELKS, but you also keep the coupon.
