I agree with User 168418. I have a 60 day sell order in for a price target of 5.10. I think, whenever the FCC gets off their rumps and follows the DOJ with this, we'll se a major bloom in price; much like when the DOJ came out with their approval. Hey, when you're in a speculative small-cap....it's all about speculation. Downgrades are bound to happen, as well as upgrades. Besides, Reuters still has it at Outperform...so...Goes to show not even the "experts" are in consensus here. Apr 07 08:28 AM
