Roger, I've never seen this site or read your articles before, but how unprofessional can you get? Responding by laughing at and attacking your readers just doesn't seem productive. You might want to take a course on receiving feedback. Can you be open to the feedback of your readers? Can you manage your emotional reactivity and look for the kernel of truth in even 'hard to hear' comments.
