Although the govt is tightening regulation for real estate agency in China.. EJ continues to record unprescedented figures, the earnings has blown estimates out of the water. The stock has finally creeped up to $16.75 today. The stock is highly undervalued and its projected earning and growth of the company is continuing to increase. I believe the stock will hit the projected $35.00 by the summer olympics (which is several months).
