i think any games you have purchased thru Gamestop that were not to your standards would have been gladly exchanged or given credit if you would have just asked. The customer srevice as well as game quality at the coeur d alene store here in idaho is excellent and the manager jeff would have been mor the helpful come here and give them a try you will never shop amazon again!!
