Wells Fargo execs are now selling their shares and this news will sink the stock once again.
My guess is that they announced the dividend increase and did everything they could to paint a "rosy" picture of their business in order cause the shorts to run for the door.
Now they have a second opportunity to get out with their heads and I bet you they will take it.

We farm 5000 acres in a part of Iowa that is NOT in the hardest hit part of the state.
About 10% of the crop is dead from drowning in low lying areas and will not be replanted because it is too late in the season.
The other 90% is several weeks behind where it should be due to late planting, very cold spring weather (temps in the 40's into May) and excess moisture.
If the growing season is perfect from here on out, we will have a decent crop. If not, yields are going to fall dramatically.
If we have an early frost...it will be a disaster!
Given how usually cool this year has been(It dropped to 50 last night), I'm concerned about that early frost..

Those trucking companies agree to long term (1 year, etc.) hauling contracts.
They've been burned with the drastic rise in the last year and many are losing money with every load.
You can bet that when those contracts expire, the new rates are going to be much higher.
We've only begun to see the true increase in the cost of transporting everything.
