    the whole mess is all caused by Microsoft's impotence to compete with Google. Microsoft behaviors in the past several months is so in-consistent. They flip-flop so frequently and confused many of us. No matter who wins in the proxy, Icann and Microsoft has destroyed Yahoo for no reason and eventually Microsoft itself. The only winner is Google. Share holders will hold Icann and Steve accountable.

    I totally agree with the author. We have to remember why Microsoft buys Yahoo in the first. It's simple: Mｉｃｒｏｓｏｆｔ　can't ｃｏｍｐｅｔｅ　ｗｉｔｈ Google. They can choose to walk away from the deal. Guess what, they are going to watch Google taking over the online world and eventually faces the same fate as Yahoo has now.

    So raise the bid and work friendly together with Yahoo to find the common enemy.

    Ｍｒ．Ｒａｎｄｙ，　Ｉdon't know why you hate Yahoo so much. But you have to remember what is the purpose for Microsoft to buy Yahoo in the first place. They need Yahoo badly to compete with Google. Sure, Mr.Soft can walk away, play all these nasty cards, crash Yahoo investors. So what? At the end, they'll stay at the same ground and watch Google dominate the whole online world.

    Buy Yahoo at $31 is dirt cheap. If Microsoft can't pay $40, forget about the deal. Let Google kills Microsoft in few years.
