Understanding that the average viewer is a basically a long buy and hold investor, the template fits their audience. However, the constant bullish sentiment from many of the commentators and hosts gets irritating.
Kudlow and Belski were bullish all the way down even saying, "There will be no recession . . . "
The reporting was basically a repeat of the sentiment during the dot com bubble just a few years ago when the average investor got screwed before.
Interesting the way the debate is framed using the phrase, "I-Phone Killers" considering Apple is currently in third place in the smart phone category worldwide. Any proliferation of Android would push Apple to number four.
Similar to the computer industry, Apple get positive press for going from low single digits to high single digits in market share. Currently Apple is only number one in market hype !
The real I-Phone killer is the ATT coverage network for which any other manufacturer would receive endless negative press.
