I have worked in restaurants and followed the business trend for many years. Seems the prevailing strategy today is to expand the menu and cut the labor force in an effort to squeeze a few more pennies of profit.

I actually heard one "News Babe" calling a rally for the day because the futures moved up 5 points at 8:00 AM. Perhaps not surprising as this is the same story all day long.
