Which Solar Stocks Will Continue To Shine? [View article]
This was a very interesting and informative article. I can see a great future for solar. Not only that, but I think every new home should be built with solar collectors.

It's easy to predict what has already happened. Gold has already tripled in price. As most Financial Advisors recommend stocks that are going up. You make some money, but when it turns south and you've lost your profits, then they tell you to sell. I still say study the fundamentals of a company and ignore these people trying to advise and then you'll make money.
Apple sold for for 119.46 on 2/18/08 and Goldman's Conviction added to his buy list at 181.17. I suspect like most advisors he'll take credit for recommending at the lower price of 119.46.
Many Investors Seem To Think the Worst Is Over [View article]
Citi expects a worsening outlook in the housing industry. I'm suppose to listen to them when they totally missed the first 9% drop in housing prices. Also I've listened to many so called Advisors in the past and it seems they pick stocks that are already up and when a stock goes down they then put a sell on the stock. I can do that.
Are Casino Stocks No Longer Recession-Proof? [View article]
All the gaming stocks are down now. If you're smart you will load up on them.Take LVS,MGM Mirage,Wynn. The founders all own more than 50% of their stock and they are Billionaires. Sheldon Adelson of LVS owns 70 to 90% of the company and he is the 3rd richest man in the country. I have also invested in Kirkorian from the days when he built what is now Bally's and I have made money on each one of his ventures. Steve Wynn has also been very profitable. I wish I had bought him when he first came out at 13.00 a share. And I might add he has paid a healthy dividend the last two years. Boyd is another good one which is really down now. When the Echelon opens in the third quarter of 2010 I figure the stock to be around $100.00a share. Yes Las Vegas is the Entertainment Capital of the World and will be for a long time to come
I've followed Kirkorian and MGM since he bought what is now Ballys and have made money. He owns over 50% of MGM and yes MGM will come back stronger than ever. Ditto for LVS and WYNN and Boyd Gaming.
