AirCanada and WestJet Get Some New Competition

It's not tough to steal customers from Air Canada. Their customer service is next to none, on the negative side.

Also, Porter airlines flies from the Toronto Island Airport which is much more user friendly than Pearson if you live close to downtown or are flying into Toronto for a one or two day business trip.
