    I would like to see what the limit would be if it was adjusted from inception to today. I don't know what that would be, but it has to be quite a bit higher than $100,000. At least that would be a start.

    Visa is looking ahead. The IPO should cover a good portion of the defaults from the growing number of folks that don't have the funds to pay their debts.
