Failure to Deliver Meaningful ROI Online for Pharma?

I don't agree that the problem is lack of ROI to support online advertising. I think it's more lack of will to challenge the status quo of traditional media. There is so much wasted ad dollars in general media it's not funny. Meanwhile targeted, high quality, condition specific Web sites are running mortgage and netflix ads. That's just silly.
