Raising Chesapeake Energy's Intrinsic Value Estimates

I own some land in the Barnett Shale in Fort Worth where Chesapeake is trying to obtain a large number of leases. That is actually what prompted me to invest in CHK. After some research, and yes noticing that CEOs were buying up stock like it was toilet paper at a Thai restaurant, it was hard to come up with reasons not to invest. If they actually meet their % goal of leases and get their pumps fully functional, significant share holders will be very happy. If one of the big boys actually makes a play, well then those same shareholders might just dance a jig!
