New Gold adopts poison pill

(Reuters) - New Gold Inc adopted a new shareholder rights plan with a 20 percent trigger, but the mid-tier Canadian gold miner said it was not aware of any takeover bid.
A shareholder rights plan, also called poison pill, allows companies to issue new shares if an investor acquires shares over a certain threshold, diluting their holdings.
The plan is subject to shareholder approval at New Gold's annual meeting on May 2.
The Vancouver-based company also said it expects 2012 production of 405,000 ounces to 445,000 ounces.

Every graphics are different and personal in the analyst view. Some are positive and some negative. In Gold it don't take much to get an about turn up or down with to many things could happened fast. War, a President get kill, Oil problems ...

Why I like very much graphite: - First, Graphite is a need for Lithium batteries. In the Lithium-ion batteries they contain 10 times more graphite then Lithium. - It is a key role in the next generation of nuclear reactors - Also the graphene discovery and used in new fantastic technology is growing fast, very fast.
Since new graphite mine are making surface, GTI stock is going down and down (Almost a new low now) I think investors are doing DDs on others! For now there is not more then 15 valuable graphite mining compare to lithium (+/- 200).
