...reasonable point, Mr. Rogozinski...however, like most of the "pundits" he rarely offers specific buy/sell advice...however, I did find one post from early 2006:

...he advised buying GG, DROOY, RGLD...had you followed his advice then by the end of the year you would have been down about 30%...despite the decline in price, he continued pumping gold through March and then just quit...no hold or sell -- just quit talking about it...but then he made a brilliant discovery -- pennies are actually worth 2.3 cents apiece a current copper prices!!...of course, he doesn't mention that melting down pennies could land you in a federal penitentiary...but, hey, that's a small price to pay for a hundred per cent return on you investment, right?!...please, such wisdom I could do without.

...give a guy a "CFA" and what'll he do?...well, first he'll probably start his own "blog"...then he'll want to promote his blog by by posting on other peoples' blogs...to attract attention, he'll speak pundit-style, offering his "profound" analysis without offering a grain of historical evidence in support...furthermore, he'll neglect to offer any evidence of his alleged "expertise" -- e.g. a curriculum vitae listing his degrees in economics and political science, his publications in scholarly journals, his history of employment on university faculties or at economic think tanks, etc...and all the unfortunate "seekingalpha" reader gets is essentially meaningless tripe...thank you, "seeking alpha."
