What's Better: BlackBerry or iPhone?

Some valid points but author concludes, "touch screens... are certainly not functional". I rarely trust the herd mentality, but there's good reason vendors are rushing iPhone knock-offs to market. Touch screens are the ONLY reasonable solution for packing ever-increasing functions into a handheld device. Chicklet keyboards are for kids and midgets (sorry, vertically challenged).
