@Hope, what a horrific experience you've had and no one on SA with another changing identity or first time commenter should have to deal with!

I highly suggest next time you have the need of travel plans you travel with the rest of your family, here's the link I'm certain where you belong!

@goldbaum, I've had the same experience as you.

  • Procter & Gamble: When 57 Years Of Dividend Growth Aren't Enough  [View article]
DT, you are right, excellent article, and good points!

We sold our 25-year old PG when it topped $80.00 and are loving it!
Dividends would have taken a very long time to equate our gains even with capitol gains tax's.
The plan is to reinvest when it goes below $70.00 along with looking elsewhere.

  • Procter & Gamble: Expensive, But Should Be Bought For The Dividend  [View article]
Nice article and it is way too expensive to buy here! Good advice waiting for a pull back.

@ DT , Very good points I will be with you & Sonia should it retreat to $65 again.

@Rob. What the heck are you talking about! I did not read their discussion saying it (would) hit 65, they said (they will get back in at $65.00) and if you would not your crazy.
You may want to use an investment advisors service. Sure, this company “could” go up further, but one bad press release will send it down a cliff fast. It has been riding mid-sixty’s for many years. One pop up does not mean it will keep going up.

I noticed Michael deleted his deceptive big-buy post after everyone called him out on it, and he got rude with you. I had to tell him how to remove it, which he should have known.

Very nice article, thanks for clearing a lot of the smoke that has been blown!

  • Investors and some big shareholders hated on Freeport McMoRan's (FCX -16%) blockbuster deal, but FCX is looking 10-20 years down the road. Copper miners have found it more difficult to find new projects in politically stable areas, and there are few deal targets: "These are depleting assets, and if you don't keep investing in new assets... you're going to have nothing left." Best to expand while you still can[View news story]
Excellent point! "Expand while you still can"

Or do like MSFT, INTL and forget the tablet, stay status quo and grow mold! Forget about creation and recreation.

I am staying long FCX and looking forward to the rewards.
