Internal Auditor's don't set the business model for the company, such as what the underwriting guidelines are for a loan in your example, that is done by the Executive Management - Internal Audit's role is to audit the policies and procedures set in place by Management. You should try to have, at the least, an elementary understanding of a Corporate job title before you make unsubstantiated claims such as this one.
