      I suggest you Caps Lock and say something like "LEAD, FOLLOW, OR GET THE F*** OUT OF THE WAY!!!! YOU ARE MORONS WHO ARE IMPACTING THE LIVES OF MILLIONS OF SMART PEOPLE. GET A BRAIN OR TURN IN YOUR DUKE PAPER THAT SAYS YOU GOT ONE"
      (The head FCC guy is a Dukie, with a degree but without a clue.)
