Yes, Maria B is hot but Melissa Francis (NOT the other, obnoxious one) is even hotter. Two reasons to watch at least some CNBC but did someone actually defend Cramer??? My God, I thought we all used him only as a contrarian indicator ! Whether you like CNBC or not, don't discard all media - - you'll have to kill me to separate me from my Barrons on the weekend.

Citi is truly evil. Borrow $45B from taxpayers in bailout and return the favor by charging taxpayers 29.99999% interest if you are a day late on one credit card payment. But they have a sense of humor. They just lowered our rate to 29.75%. They have made enormous errors in judgement in the recent past and have some genuine deadbeats of course. They make the rest of us pay for their mistakes and poor judgement not because it is moral (it ain't) but because it is legal and they can. That, by any reasonable definition, is pure evil. Sadly, I have to wait for C to hit $10 before I can short them because Merrill treats its active traders like children.

Phil, enlightening as always. A little frightening too, what the hell, fear works. But I hope you aren't suggesting that Bill Dudley, after all those years at Goldman Sucks, would ever do anything that benefited his old buddies at GS rather than operate exclusively with the best interests of average american people his top priority?

killgoldman - - love the name ! (also waiting for the violence, seems more than justified. seems crazy the people have held back so long) But if we're gonna get him we need the right last name "Blankfein". His utterance of that phrase should have been sufficient catalyst. Will you change your name to "hurtgoldman" so we don't get arrested for threatening?

to Rob and your 29 followers: Thanks for the sales pitch but (as my name suggests) ... still short NFLX with no stops in place. What goes up must come down.
loved this line - - "a truck that is out of gas can still run you over". As a committed short seller, that explains much of the pain I have suffered since march, 2009. At least now I understand it. Disclosure: short CRM and sleeping well, thanks for asking; have been short several of the other names and will resume after the wash sale period ends.

John Galt: Hey, look up one Mr. LeFrak. Don't recall his first name but shouldn't be hard to find because he is a billionaire. You both seem to be living under the delusion that you deserve everything you have, that luck, genes and government-provided infrastructure had nothing to do with it, that you are 1000 times smarter and 1000 times harder working than the average Joe, so let them eat cake. Anyway, look him up, you two are birds of a feather. Just pray that the proletariat never wises up and gets mad at the same time. Then, if you become friends, it would be easier to find you both.
I am short CRM and about to add to it, thanks for reinforcing my ideas about this morally bankrupt company (Just casually peruse how the CEO routinely sells stock day after day after day....)
