Time reading well spent.........I agree wholeheartedly, the indepth perception based on fact shows that you indeed are laying a strong foundation and will be a fine future analyst, if for no other reason than getting your facts presented in a concise down to earth readable report that even this old Tennessee Hillbilly can understand. I have managed to buy in and out of LDK at a good profit based on my original research and still hold a nice position, with earnings and guidence coming up this month looking to add more....

New Selling Form Sinks eBay Sellers

Just a note from a former power seller (duckdistributing). We gave up on ebay back in the summer of '07 even left paypal at one time in protest and only sold items on money order business. Finally just threw in towel, tried to buy and sell a little over the last year still fouled up...
had better luck with craigslist locally.

Visa: Why I Sold All of My Shares

wow! I feel much better now, I put a covered call on my shares in April and they were called away for a $6.00 profit.
Since then I have been playing puts with the profits, luv big V!

Saving SulphCo From Investor Confusion

I have been a proud owner of Sulphco for the last 3 years and like many of the hale and hardy bunch that have been here I keep waiting for that someday jump I have owned as many as 10,000 shares (sold some shares to meet other investment needs, now at 3500) and selling and buying calls have made this a perfect cash cow for me, will keep adding back to position on dips now that new management has us on right track. I Love it when we get a little "pop" and looking forward to the really big one!

A Crocs Play for Chickens

Here's my play: sold naked April Put for $2.10 was assigned stock, (Crox cost: 10.40) I figured it would be at least $11 on expiration Friday...Ok we missed that one and paid .18 cents over close, no problem.
Next week we will wait for pop to $11 then will sell May 12 call for about 1.50, (29% return) if we don't get that move next week, following week we will sell May 12 Call at .60 or .70 ... if assigned (fingers, legs and eyes crossed) we'll rack up a 21% plus return. Not bad for a 30 day play, if not called away then a measly 6 or 7% will have to do.
Our feeling is the stock just got beat up...the product is a winner and still has big time sales ahead!
