I don't have the numbers to calculate it. But the reduction of wealth in the US should include market equity loss and housing price reduction for all households, not the 400 billion writeoff.

Mr. Michael Pettis, I have always enjoyed your comments and insights about certain aspects of the economy in China. Because you stay and work in China, you add a lot of creibility to your analyses. With the issues you mentioned, I think the A Shares have accurately reflected the situation in China. What I don't unerstand is why the H shares in Hong Kong didn't do the same recently. In fact, the H share indes is trending up. Thanks.
