      Okay enough. I apologize to Tyler and others. I am long in siri to the tune of 16, 000. I do not like the thought of bailing out companies but understanding the possible credit issues siri has to encounter in the near future. I applaud this bill in hopes we can refincance without being totaly raped.

You seem to forget that Fred Raines issued a press release the same day the republicans issued the false report of his involvement in the Obama campaign, that HE IS NOT NOR HAS NOT BEEN ASSOCIATED WITH OBAMA'S campaign. Stop spreading the McFalsehoods. I guess the other golden parachutes just started two years ago as well under this uh,um, oh president?

      Tyler, I think you have done it. Your ideas are just what this stock and company needs. If the problem with the stock rising is the debt due in February, let pay it off or down in December. I would be willing to subscribe in the Best Of, and not only pre-pay for it but my annual subscription as well. Let us spread this concept to other subscribers, investors and to Mel.

      Okay Tyler, in English how long and what event must occur to reverse this downside. I am patient and determined enough to hang in here until I receive the results that I WANT. As long as this has taken I feel that I am owed dag-gone-it. BTW I was so dissapointed last night with Cramer. He did a complete reversal in his analysis stating the common stock is not the way to go. He has been cheering this merger for months now, so when did he come up with this bond holder revelation and why didn't he as much as mention that strategy months ago?

      HELP: Can someone please explain to me how after 17 months of waiting, BS, ups and downs, bribes, lying, concession etc. that once the one thing that everyone wanted happen, happens (merger), there is a sell off? I truely do not understand this. Who is crazy enough to sell shares prior to a pop up after a major event? Is there something that I am missing here, who are these people?????

      Michael L. You forget a few little things. It cannot be a monopoly if you have the choice not to subscribe at all. No one is forcing people to listen to satrad. Their quality of life will not be jeapordized without satrad. Also, your Federal Government (DOJ) has said, ruled, prescribed and ordained that this merger IS NOT a monopoly. So, who the hell are you to declare differently. Now finally, why in the hell are you on this site?

      FCC Commissioner Adelstein Puts Forth Radio Merger Offer
      Okay Shure46, lets clearify something. Nowadays and in this arena, the term minority is not race specific. Be aware that gays are considered a minority and we know what race is the majority there. Woman of all races are considered minorities in most circles. The problem with this term in this merger is noone has defined what exactly minority broadcasting they are talking about. Must the station be minority owned. (I think not there are only a few of those). Must the station have minority topics. (If thats the case, then it is the majority caucasian owners that profit). Okay so now what is it that you are ranting about again??? I have shares in both companies and am highly concerned about giving spectrum to anyone without a price. However, it is not the minorities as you may beleive is the culprit, its the NAB using whatever tools they can to rob us all, majority and minority stock holders.

      Let me ask this. Does Ms. Tate see what is going on here. Her delay is allowing Adelstein to attempt this backdoor tactic. His motives are obvious and borderline criminal. If Ms. Tate offers her vote as soon as possible, Mr. Adelstein can be and will be completely ignored. Unfortunatley he will still get his reward from the lobbist(s) since he has already did their bidding, regardless of the outcome.

      Where’s the Bottom for Satellite Radio Stocks?
      One more thing. Those of you buying XM for the 4.6 premium, be careful. I see as the prices are going down the premium gap has decreased from almost $2.00 per siri share to about 25 cents now. I am willing to bet that by the time of the actual merger, 4.6 xm shares will be worth less than 1 siri share.

      It is strange that the previous posts from User this and User that, all seem to have simular sentiment. Hum, could they possibly be the same negative person or Goldman Sachs co-workers? User numbers, no identity. I think they or he is related to Stinky Winky. It is amazing that people who cry irresponsibilties take the time to read irresponsible writing and post about it. Now, thank you Tyler for the best information on this mess I have seen, both good and bad. I agree with you explination of the bottom and I'm ready to average down. I do believe Twins is a bit optomistic with $7.00. Would $4.00-$5.00 be asking too much??

      Hey Ripped, You asked the GS analist Winky if he knew how Worldspace would be folded into the post merger scenario? I would love hear the answer to that myself. I have a small investment in WorldSpace as well as siri. BTW I did participate in the Blue-Light special today at $1.99. Thanks Goldman.

      You have got to be kidding me. This is the craziest stuff (*&^%) I've seen. The word of one idiot analysis has single handedly brought two stocks to their knees in one day,please. I hope more than me sees through this stuff. Why would the stocks after waiting for this good news for over one and one half years suddenly go down to this extent when the news comes? Come on big boys, you have do better that this. I am not a professional so I am leaving the indepth analysis to those who are. I just want to put you on notice that the games being played are transparent, dangerous and not appreciated at all, not to mention possibly illegal.

      Spielberg and Co. Look to India for Next Move
      With India rising it amazes me that WorldSpace (WRSP) has not performed better than it has. Being the sole media satellite owner/operator in the European/Africa continents, with an upstart satellite radio service up and runing in India as well as other European nations. Their stock has been stuck under $4.00 for over a year now. I would suspect that once the Sirius/XM merger completes, they should start to move. Julia, is there any merit to this line of thought?
