  • Cel-Sci's Undervaluation Is Market Irrationality At Its Best [View article]
Party is over and Gert has a whole new batch of BAGHOLDERS to spin his web of deception too for the foreseeable future. Now we can hear the anguish and pain stories from peeps that bought for the rocket ride and now get the escalator of despair down they go! But there is always hope for another Great News Shareholder letter from Gert to give the stock of shame a few pennies of rise. Or some wonderful future stock dilution to raise some more stay alive before he retires money so he can golden parachute out to visit Max in his Swiss chalet?

I have been in and out of this company since they were a public company and they have done every type of Pump & Dump procedure known to man. This company should be used in business classes around the world. From vulture dilutive financing, reverse stock splits you name it they have tried it.!The best are the happy shareholder letters from Gert he sends out to the public and then Max his father in law/ex chairman of the board gets free stock options that he exercises after these letters are sent out and the stock tanks soon after. Year after year he did this until the bagholders/shareholders quit believing in his hype. The company tried to go straight and spend millions on a building/lab to do testing and that was yrs ago and nothing from that ever happened. Now that ICPT gets in the news this stock goes up along with it. Gert has been paid millions and whats the big deal in him spending a measly 180k for shares?

  • Natural Gas Prices Surging, Driving Return Potential For This Leveraged Natural Gas Liquidation Play [View article]
Maybe they did not get the purchase and sale agreement that would cover the debt along with pay off the preferred. Seeing as our largest shareholder has so much to lose if this doesn't happen. If this was a real company run by real management instead of controlled influenced by stockbrokers things would be different. The CEO would renegotiate the bank debt after presenting a feasibility study showing the increased price of gas and resulting revenue stream. Then show them with a new business plan this company could continue to survive with a possible new partner to redevelop the gas fields.Look at the original prospectus this company started with vs what happened after the brokers/vultures got their claws into it and made them float the preferred and take on just enough debt to hold on for a few years. Nobody sells P*I*K debt also known as down you go death spiral unless they are forced to.

  • Are There Copper-Gold Value Stocks In Mongolia's South Gobi Region? [View article]
Not only are they hurting the companies that made the fateful decision to go to this far off place to lose millions of dollars but they have even refused Visa's for certain company individuals to leave the country for many months now. Either charge them with a crime or let them go home. Mongolian voters even almost voted in a new president that had a good record as a wrestler compared with the guy running the show. His background reads like our own George Washington and the fight for democracy but he has set back foreign investment in his country now to a standstill. They don't want the toxic wastelands that China has caused with companies they have formed elsewhere but they are still getting the foot thru the door any way .Prophecy Coal is a hardy company still trying to make a go at it to survive by selling coal basically at break even cost to try to keep face. All they need is a contract from the government for the price they will pay for the power from the generating plant Prophecy has agreed to build. How hard is that?

Hey Jon any follow up with this Voyager Resources company? When you wrote the article it was trading around 7 cents but now its down to .001 with 1.5 billion shares outstanding! Mongolia looks like the perfect roach motel where you check in but you can't leave and they suck you dry!

  • How Low Will Turquoise Hill Go? [View article]
They/RIO just made the announcement that the assortment of banks that are on the hook for the financing of the underground 2nd stage are giving them 3 more months to fix the deal with the 34 percent owner of the project also known as the Mongolian government. If they had just been happy with the 10 percent and nothing else to contribute all would be well. It was that there was a change in the people running the show/government and they thought they should have a bigger chunk of the pie and not have to pay for it . So then RIO changes the arrangement of chairs and says there was a 2 billion mistake that has the Mongols passing out the KoolAid to the RIO peeps to make them go away. The mine is operating and will produce the product no matter what but will the government allow the funds to leave the country is the next big issue?Plus look at TRQ today is leading the down issues along with the rights that are getting dumped before they expire in a few days. My guess was $2.50 in 3 months but I will change that to next 3 weeks or less.

Kind of have to wonder why they priced the rights at 42 percent below the going share price back in November at $2.42? Mining companies under pressure most of last yr and this upcoming yr looking like the same but maybe a little worse with the spot prices lower. Only the strong with cash on hand or a big sugar daddy to help them thru this will survive. Look at South Gobi.Resources now at 80 cents and 2 yrs ago it was 16 bucks a share. TRQ just sold half of it for pennies on the dollar compared to what they could have then.I see TRQ trading down in the next 3-6 months to around $2.50 or lower w/o any good PR from the Mongolian government.

  • Natural Gas Prices Surging, Driving Return Potential For This Leveraged Natural Gas Liquidation Play [View article]
In the last annual report they have a large section on NOL's and how they are restricted if and when a Change of control occurs if more then a certain percentage amount of stock is acquired. The amount is a per yr amount that the company taking over is allowed to write off plus there is an expiration date to account for. So any company that is looking to buy us out would have to have a big tax bill to be able to use these NOL's. Look at VELTEX and they have over 100mill in so called NOL's that they carry on the books as worth almost $3 per share .Yet the stock trades for only 7 cents!!

  • Natural Gas Prices Surging, Driving Return Potential For This Leveraged Natural Gas Liquidation Play [View article]
Ok so everyone should read the latest Annual report and then going back to the original disclosures when this company first floated the common and then had to sell the preferred to keep the banks at bay. You will see what a sweat heart deal Yorktown set up for itself. They bought half the preferred and a big chunk of the common plus they have their guys on the board. The sudden departure of a few of the board recently perhaps was because they didn't like the cool aid Yorktown was serving up for the finale of the show. They hamstrung this company from the start preventing them from taking on any more debt and now that its coming due in April this company has to do a deal since they don't seem willing to roll over the banks note. The fields produce for 5 yrs and then things get interesting with lots of capital needed to keep up production which they can't raise due to Yorktown.Somebody bought 400k of the common Monday morning which pumped it to 12 cents temporary. The key to this deal is the hedging of the forward sales of production and how the recent run in Natural gas will effect this since the hedge is not fixed but adjusts due to certain factors. Next quarter report should tell us this number. If I was a buyer of the company this would be my biggest question since the company says they did not have the cash to continue the hedging this past yr. Then my 2nd question would be how much capital funding do I need to inject to increase/maintain the production since GeoMet has not done that either.

  • ESSA Bank & Trust: One Dollar Of Value Available For 50 Cents [View article]
If you pick up the local paper in Pike county and turn to the classifieds you will see page after page of foreclosure sales. The Majority are in areas that were over built as weekend and retirement home communities. These homes were bought by people leaving the high priced NY/NJ states and the new owners tried to live there and commute back and forth. Many still do but many also have lost their jobs and moved elsewhere abandoning these homes that now sell for less then half to a quarter of their original sale price. That is why ESSA has a increase in delinquency rates. The homes that were used for vacation use were the first to be let go after the owners lost their jobs in the ongoing recession. The banks then have to pay the taxes and also the association dues on these properties. If we ever get out of this recession then this bank will prosper or if they move closer to the Philadelphia suburbs and a better quality of real estate.

  • My Analysis Of Lumber Liquidators' Updated Guidance [View article]
Pretty interesting they don't come clean on both Laminate and Hardwood but then that's what they are upping the legal payments for someone to tell them what to say huh? Did they think the people selling them the sourcing/mill business in China would give them full disclosure and how much DD did they really do in seeing where the product really came from? Today's sell off shows that nobody wants to be holding the hot potato or going for the last chair in that game.It was a Call game before but now it looks like a Put option now.

  • Fresh Healthy Vending International Inc. Why This $64 Million Company Could Drop By 75% Or More [View article]
Look at the franchise agreements and all the costs they load onto the poor suckers that buy into their scheme. That alone is a red flag. There are plenty of venders of machines that you can buy for alot less then the cost from this company. You then buy healthy product from the wholesalers and go into business yourself w/o the fees involved with this company.

Ok who is going to give NAK 3 billion all at once for the project? Have you ever done any research in how a mine is developed and put into production? Its called a draw against. Yes this is going to take many yrs but there is nothing else like this resource and Alaska will need a new source of tax dollars to keep sending the 1k plus checks to everybody that lives there each yr when the oil is done with.Anglo looked at spending another billion to fully fund its share and said no at this time due to the low price of gold and copper. But in five or less yrs if you could look back at their decision and metals are alot higher due to the USA and its out of control spending they will kick themselves. RIO Tinto will absorb NAK and once again a foreign company will be running the show and probably import workers willing to work for a living instead of taking government handouts!
