Whoever wrote this article must work for UR as a lot of the facts are just plain wrong and all that is said was positive. A local branch will not move equipment around to other branches for the customer for one thing. Each branch is independant and do not share anything other than the name and Corp. If they don't have a piece of equipment they just say they do not have it. Period. All of the equipment small or large at a local branch is tied to that branch only. The seperate branches are very cutthroat to one another as far as sales go. If a piece of equipment from one branch breaks down on a job and is very close to another branch, that one will not service that equipment. So on and so on. Please get your facts right before spewing all the sugar coated garbage.
