        <![CDATA[In a perfect market, yes, SSH would be priced accordingly. However, there are numerous constraints here that hold back the price. First of all, a very small proportion of investors know about this company. Second, of that small number, you'll find those who sell explicitly into news. SSH tends to trade down after gapping up in the mornings. But it also typically advances over the next few days as the news (in this case very important news) saturates the marketplace (and reaches more investors). But it's almost futile to guess where the price is headed over the next few days. More important are the fundamentals and what sophisticated investors will view as a major de-risking event. I'll add that some analysts expected the FDA would not grant SSH the IDE this early, or on their first at-bat. So the news came as a surprise, even to the sophisticated crowd. ]]>

As such, the company is using capital from a recent raise to build their sales team. ]]>
