Yeah a dividend is a stretch. But, in all good time AAPL may just very well be on it's way to becoming THE GLOBAL dominate Titian in so many sectors. Apple is in the drivers seat. When they feel good and ready a dividend will become a reality.

There is not much stopping AAPL @ this point... except for maybe the Applesauce makers who only WISH their MicroDog holding had the same problems @ AAPL.

27" iMac is a Hit IN A BIG WAY!!! Firmware fix is out for screen issues. None the less... iMac 27"..... like it or not... it is a desired product.

AAPL is the envy of tech when it comes to margin. YOU KNOW WHY???? BECAUSE they make QUALITY PRODUCTS THAT WORK..... IMAGINE THAT!!!!!! YOU ACTUALY GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!!! DONT ASK ME ASK THE PEOPLE WHO ACTUALY USE Apple's products...!!! More to the point ASK THE KIDS!!!! these are the ones entering into the workforce in the very near future.....Yeah! this is something people miss BIGTIME!!

And YET..

AAPL is hovering in the 195 to 198 range..... on ANALists providing their spin... saying AAPL has little to no VALUE above the $200 mark. I wanna know what ON EARTH are these ANALists SMOKING!!

This stock has the potential to go to $275 in 2010..

What I would like to see though is a 3 for 1 split.... somehow I ponder that is a TALL order...

A split would take the shorts out of play and allow the investor to ride decent returns when AAPL EVENTUALLY issues a dividend.

Apples to Apples: Will History Repeat Itself as Android Gains on the iPhone?

I have been following this train since 1990..... And for the record I am tech savvy across MULTIPLE PLATFORMS...

Prior to the release of said iPhone in 2007 which btw was doomed to fail by OH so many VASTLY more knowledgeable players in the ANAL ist world than I.......If my memory serves me correctly...? I seem to remember AAPL had released patent drawings on the rumored device.... (I printed them out and have them to this day).... The drawings posted showed said device with only 3 to 4 buttons with a HUGE screen......

WELL making a long story short ANAL ists laughed it off....and the #1 complaint of a yet to be released device was... GET THIS!!!! The screen will SMUDGE and be covered with finger prints YADA YADA YADA!!!!

Well, I look back now and emphatically say to them FU!!!

You know WHY I say FU!!!???? It’s because NOW all those playing catch up, have or WANT huge touch screens with minimal buttons....and the same user experience. Go Figure....?????

All those NAYSAYER'S are now scrambling to create the very device they once scoffed @...... And people still have the audacity to criticize the device they are attempting to COPY!!!!

My mother on my advice got in @ $92 & my buddy listened to me and got in @ $42.... What the hell do I know? I don't have the self proclaimed title of tech analysts. So what the hell would I know?

AAPL has significant upside when you look past all the ANAL ist BS. AAPL Long.

Droid? Time will tell... Hot @ first only to become a fragmented mess, leading into acquisition upon acquisition. I.e. T-Moble with Microdog's acquisition of Danger!!! Yeah that's what I say.... Danger Will Robinson!!!!!! Danger Dr. Smith the Droid is COMING!!! And it ain't in a good way for a tightly knit user experience.

If they have supply issues it wont be pretty.

Once AGAIN time will tell.

At this point my bet is with iPhone 3.0 and the new Apple hardware. The App store does not hurt Apple either. My other thoughts are.... what does Palm have to compete with the iPod Touch?

Will the Pre have EXChange support out of the box? or Will you need to purchase an app to work w/EXChange?

As far as the SDK.... has it been seeded to the common developer ranks?

As far as the ex Apple execs go... the Apple DNA still remains... they learned from a company that had the balls to Think Different, and are the envy of tech today.

The other OEM's had a 10 year start and in less than 2 years Apple put ALL others to SHAME!!!! facts are facts. The numbers DO NOT Lie, cheat or deceive...people do. Apple has $30B in the bank, no debt and one hell of a hardware pipeline and one of the best OSes in the world.

On a different note: When it is all said and done my bet is Sprint's plan fro Pre will be more expensive than AT&T's. Like I said time will tell all.

Everything about this Pre is such Blue Sky mentality.... @ least they Palm has the sense enough to not call the Pre an iPhone Killer.

The device "seams" slick upon debut but people, please remember the very basis of development of Pre came from the mind of an ex Apple employee......so in effect the Pre is, in my opinion, an iPhone wanna be..... and as far as I can surmise the Pre's SDK is no where near as robust (nor does it have the reach @ this point) as the iPhone SDK....

my other question is will the pre have EXChange built in?
This is a BIG DEAL for IT in the enterprise.

I, like so many others have questions about the Pre...... there is so much gray matter and Blue Sky with the Pre....

My conclusion. Time. The release and the first 3 months after the release will give us the answers...

As far as 4G... something else will replace it in the future....

FYI: Apple WILL have an answer to the netbook trash out there... AND IT WILL redefine the category. Say NAY.. Nay Sayers.... Steve Ballmer one said Apple will be LUCKY!!! to get 1% of the smart phone market..... YEAH OK!! STEVE!!!

My gut tells me there are some serious issues with the software and their cloud..... will this device be Mac friendly? Another thought crosses my mind too.... has this device been approved by the FCC? It took AAPL MONTHS!! to get the iPhone's green light.

AT&T Tops Verizon - But Which Customers Are More Satisfied?

AT&T is in the early stages of their roll out of true wireless broadband. Make no mistake about it. Once realized the iPhone is and WILL BE "THE DEVICE". The 2.2% vs the 3.7% dropped calls... PEANUTS. VERY rare I have dropped calls. The clarity of the iPhone is stellar. I live in Traverse City MI and talk with my folks in CT and my brother in FLA. The signal and reception are just awsome.

The key here folks is the astounding growth of Apple's App Store. Take a REAL hard look.... AAPL should be around $130 a share today.... BUT NOOOOOOO all the NAY Sayers beat their drums about their third rate handsets, software and OS... What a joke. Like Zune!!!!

Just ponder for a moment @ the impact of this app store.

You have developers all over the Globe designing very, VERY sophisticated medical hand held applications for the iPhone and iPod Touch...... and on the other hand you have the gaming developers launching this monkey ball game that will bring the biggest smile to my 8 year olds face...

BOTH on the same PLATFORM... Hard to compete with that...eh?

I just hope to God that that BRAIN ROT Grand Theft Auto NEVER gets approved for this device.
