Yeah a dividend is a stretch. But, in all good time AAPL may just very well be on it's way to becoming THE GLOBAL dominate Titian in so many sectors. Apple is in the drivers seat. When they feel good and ready a dividend will become a reality.

There is not much stopping AAPL @ this point... except for maybe the Applesauce makers who only WISH their MicroDog holding had the same problems @ AAPL.

27" iMac is a Hit IN A BIG WAY!!! Firmware fix is out for screen issues. None the less... iMac 27"..... like it or not... it is a desired product.

AAPL is the envy of tech when it comes to margin. YOU KNOW WHY???? BECAUSE they make QUALITY PRODUCTS THAT WORK..... IMAGINE THAT!!!!!! YOU ACTUALY GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!!! DONT ASK ME ASK THE PEOPLE WHO ACTUALY USE Apple's products...!!! AAPL is hovering in the 195 to 198 range..... on ANALists providing their spin... saying AAPL has little to no VALUE above the $200 mark. I wanna know what ON EARTH are these ANALists SMOKING!!

This stock has the potential to go to $275 in 2010..

What I would like to see though is a 3 for 1 split.... somehow I ponder that is a TALL order...

A split would take the shorts out of play and allow the investor to ride decent returns when AAPL EVENTUALLY issues a dividend.

On a side note to the mentioned mobile OSes in play here..

Yes: Palm develops the hardware and software for Pre.
Yes: RIMM develops the hardware and software for BB.
Yes: Apple develops the hardware and software for iPhone & iPod Touch. Right?

I always come to this same conclusion time and time again.....of ALL these companies name ONE that owns and has developed a Desktop (Laptop) OS that is certified UNIX which ALSO possesses a SDK that is seamless between the 3 spaces ie. Desktop, Laptop & Mobile handset?

and as far as price goes......in the netbook vs laptop sector... a Macbook can be had for under $700. You just need to know where to look. Apple too has a plan to be competitive in the netbook space.

As far as Flash on iPhone debate its a No win 4 AAPL. Why?

1. They do not allow it right.... So people BITCH... I can run Flash on this or that..... or other than iPhone... WELL if SO.. GO !@#$%ing buy that handset and stop ur Whining!!! we don't need you.

2. IF AAPL we to allow Flash on iPhone??? Now you have those same BITCHERS & WHINERS saying THE BATTEY LIFE ON iPhone SUCKS!! & ON & ON!!!! THIS AND THAT....

See it is a no win.... SO...

Apple made the right move not to allow Flash on iPhone. Its a resource HOG in the mobile space and is unnecessary.

Better native Apps with the SDK can & will be developed that will make Flash on iPhone obsolete.

Now WHEN and IF there is an Apple Tablet that is a different story.

But mark my words people will BITCH & WHINE about the Apple tablet IF it every sees the light of day...

If you don't like it DON'T BUY iPHONE and go with Android. No loss to AAPL they are doin' Just Fine.. ;)

Does it exisit on Android...?....... or for that matter any Android remote for ANY music app on any platform that controls your music library...Does it exist and is it as easy to install and use....?

Yes it does... BUT take a good look and give me your feedback.. Does this look EASY to use and set up? Seriously.... Is there Cover flow for iTunes on Android....? I mean its a gimmick.... notice too... he's controling a Mac.. I would love to c it on Windows.

This android OS will NEVER become a seamless user experience... EVER... Why? Too many handsets from too many hardware manufactures. Too many BS options... too many options period that won't work well.... ie BLOATWARE.....All those who created t5he BLOAT will want to control. Android will morph into the most convoluted cluster !@#$ of a platform the mobile space will ever encounter. 10 x the PC MicroDog Fiasco We see today.

All u naysayers out there are the same who said the iPod 2001 would fail and the same naysayers who said that the iPhone 2007 would FAIL. agreed..... agree more so when it comes to "Desktop Macs" as opposed to laptops. However, like RK ponders on the iWhatever they might name it ..... Apple has been "Closely Observing" the net book sector.

Once again need I refresh everyone's short term memories.... Apple was not the first o come to market with a MP3 player.....that was in 2001 right? Right!... so IF... and from where I sit its not a BIG if it is When Apple comes to market with it's iWhatever.... it will not be a home run... it will be a Grand Slam Home Run..

The 3% decline in Mac sales is based on last years quarter. Please! take a look @ other PC box pushers.... well? seems to me Apple is the envy of said sector.

For one, if you have not noticed folks, our economy has been anything but healthy. Apple's numbers are solid right? RIGHT!... and to defend my position and to refresh peoples short term memories Apple is debt free, has $30B in the bank, has a world class OS (Certified UNIX), has just hired a brain child from AMD, not to mention 1 billion application downloads in 9 months, has control over both software and hardware decisions.....shall I keep going? This company LEADS ok. AAPL @ $125 even with the p/e ratio is a good buy. AAPL LONG.

Facts are Facts folks... The TRUTH will set you free..... MSFT is anything but....... keep nay saying all you want..... only time will tell....I was right before my gut tells me I will be right again.

AAPL is in a much MUCH better position now, than @ $40.

I was a VAR in 1990-1991. Windows XP NOW is where Apple's OS 9.21 was......THEN.. Vista? need I say more.. Windows 7? UM yeah OK! take a good look under the hood people... Slick Willy is @ work once again. I'm a very tech savvy power user. MSFT just do't have it anymore people.... the 90's are OVER.

I've seen the ups and downs of AAPL.... this time is MUCH different.

I work in a mixed environment and I must say MSFT is most vulnerable @ this point in it's short history.
