And not to Georgetown Partners who had asked for 20% of the spectrum/60 channels for minority use. The current pledge by the Sat companies is good news as it may very well finally get this deal done.       I agree with you NotVerySmart, that there might be something very interesting to the forthcoming GPS addition to the iPhone. It's tantalizing.
