Gee whiz, guys (above), i must be naive' but you prove that racism is alive and well in America. READ the article more carefully - the channels are being LEASED, not given away. And not to Georgetown Partners who had asked for 20% of the spectrum/60 channels for minority use. The current pledge by the Sat companies is good news as it may very well finally get this deal done.
