General Electric: Genuine Risk of Collapse?

Very well written article, lots of good data, but what about the timing?!
It would have been nice to read a few months ago :)
Now most of this stuff may already be priced in.
With access to the window and tarp GE should be able to survive, even though excel junkies at GE capital hedge fund almost brought it down.
