Total BS.....Dis Informationist....Sirius will recieve a failure of compliance letter not delisting! They meaning Sirius will have a year to comply with the nasdaq. That's 12 months from when they recieve the letter to get the share price back over a dollar or propose a reverse split. which I feel and the outlook and earnings predict this wont even be an issue just a formality.....Next
