China's Massive Healthcare Initiative Provides Vast Opportunities for Investors

i just dont invest on it, for the exact reasons stated above. this chinese state-ruled companies, are "dark" for me.
now, thinking with a more "open mind" i must say that, face it, as documents and situation shows, US is not , or it is as "dark" as china is.
so, considering this.. why not give china a try right ?
but i wouldnt bet on healthcare, i would be on infrastructure.
