Gamestop: Friendly Employees, Unfriendly Customer Strategy

Why would you GameStop only want your $5 if they could sell you GTA 4 for $59.99. As far as the calls go for about a year GameStop as had an automated phone call go out about 48 hours in advance, Plus my local GameStop does personal calls also. I got the automated call saturday and the personal one on sunday.
