Thank you so much for the well-written factual article. The data is good and revealing the ill state of housing sector's health, no question about it. But the majority of homebuilders are no fools. Why are they optimistic right now? Does that reflect their confidence in the Fed's actions to stop the credit crunch and stimulating the economy?
