I received my shares through the DNN sale to EFR but why does the EFR shares show up as a 90% loss?

    • DAG1996: sorry don't know. i haven't even gotten my shares. did you have to do anything? when did you get them?

    • kypsterx: No, they just showed up on my Ameritrade account along with the rest of my profolio on Tuesday. The ratio was DNN 1 : 1.1 EFR

    • DAG1996: ok, thanks. by 90% loss do you mean the EFR shares show as 90% lower price than they previously traded or something else?

    • kypsterx: It shows up as if I had previously "purchased" the shares at a 90% higher price, which of course I haven't but odd nonetheless.

    • DAG1996: that's very odd. i tried to email Denison Investor Relations from their website and my email just returned saying their address is no good

    • DAG1996: i just remembered that i think i read someplace about a 1 for 10 reverse split of EFR that would follow the initial transaction...

    • DAG1996: i'm not certain of all the details, but that would probably explain the 90% difference in the share price

    • kypsterx: Ahh that makes sense then.... appreciate the info!

    • DAG1996: man, these EFR shares are worthless. i would've been better of to sell my DNN shares at a reasonable rice than wait for this dud! lol
