Silver Could Explode, Says Analyst

What's to prevent the newly formed collusion of U.S. and Eurozone bankers now cooperating under Treasury support from continuing to sell unlimited metals contracts into the market to cap prices, and pay off on paper calls with new $$ from Ben & Hanky's presto print instead of physical metal? What prevents the cartel from buying up production mining properties at depressed prices and limiting the physical supply? It would seem the market could be reduced to almost non-existence on a world basis almost indefinitely, while the elite continue to patiently pick off and hoard any physical metal available on the cheap! Please enlighten us if possible.
