    I'm looking for some advice or thoughts on OREO, American Liberty Petroleum. I'm seeing a lot of ads and recommendations for this little $1.40 oil stock.

  • For Real Estate Investors Only
    I'm confused about something. I'm by no means a qualified real estate investor, other than I own a home. For the past 3 months I've been investing in oil, natural gas, gold and silver stocks and ETFs. I've also bought some gold and silver bullion. I'd like to add some real estate to my portfolio but I'm getting mixed signals from the market and investors. I'm hearing all this talk about real estate taking the next decade to get back on its feet. But I recently checked a random handful of REITs and ETFs and all of them have been bullish since between last Aug and Oct. Pulte PHM was one of the first ones I checked. Bullish. So why all this negative talk about real estate when every stock I checked has been bullish for the past 6 months? Thanks.
