anti-2nd ammendment politicians make for stromg gun and ammunition sales. civilian disarmarming seems to lead to mass execution at least when the numbers are examined through history. government is a dangerous servant and a fearsome master. sometimes it is wise not to trust politicians. better politicians fear the population than the population fear politicians.
the mini-14 is a copy of the m-14. this is a more durable weapon than the ar-15/m-16, in my opinion. there are also replacement parts issues with the ar-15 and its gas operating system.
imo the ar-15 may have slightly better accuracy.

have you got a take on mfgd? you know the barrage of cash for gold commercials. i did buy 1000shrs. awhile back. it does seem to be heading up. i always get the feeling of a 10 yr. old offering a 5 yr. old five new pennies and two shiny nickels for all the dirty old quarters the 5 yr. old will sell.

i established a strong bullion position in gold in the 90's when no one wanted it. the same for silver. in the last 3 years i have been adding silver on the dips. i regard this as "insured" savings.
i have only lost on 1 junior miner (total loss). the others have made 50% to 600%. i am looking at about a dozen juniors now and will probably pick 3 or 4.
i expect the bankster/politician cartel to move against pm's. for right now trading in oil seems a good alternative. if the criminal cartel has success i will buy gold bullion with the opportunity. i always hear about storage as an expense. it is minor. most people need a safety deposit box for deeds, policies and such anyway.
