Reggie or Readers, For the average investor who does not have a margin account for shorting individual equities, it is reasonable to go with ProShares UltraShort Real Estate (SRS)? The index this ETF follows (inversely) is mostly commercial real-estate & REITs and seems to have been an aweful mistake since establishing a position in mid-March at $95. Is this a SELL or a HOLD?
